Join the South Sound Symphonic Band for the final concert of our 43rd season on Sunday, May 17 at 3:00 PM at the Graham-Kapowsin High School Auditorium.
This special performance celebrates the next generation of musicians, featuring two student soloists who are recipients of the Thomas E. Anderson Scholarship:
Ella Wagner, French Horn (Auburn Riverside High School)
Alex Pitruzzella, Bass Trombone (Bonney Lake High School)
For the first time in many years, the band is proud to award two scholarships, reflecting the continued growth of community support for music education.
The program will include a diverse and exciting selection of works, highlighted by La Fiesta Mexicana (featuring Mariachi del Pacífico of Pacific Lutheran University), making this a vibrant and celebratory conclusion to the season.
This concert is part of the South Sound Symphonic Band’s mission to provide free, high-quality live music to the South Puget Sound community.
Admission is free and open to the public.
Seating is general admission.
We invite you to join us in celebrating these outstanding student musicians and the power of community-supported music.
