Volunteer with the band

We welcome all who are able to donate time in serving the mission of the band. Listed below are areas where we need help:

Concert Greeters
Greet patrons with a smile and hand out programs. Use counters to count patrons as they enter.
Photographer
Phones are great but given the stage lighting, a real camera with a zoom lens will produce better quality. We are also looking from someone who would be comfortable moving around the hall during the concert.
Cookie Servers
Setup, serve, and clean up the cookies/drinks before, during, and after intermission. Our members bring cookies, but setup and clean up are difficult since we are on stage.
Donation collectors
We collect donations at each concert and provide a collection box. Our treasurer counts and deposits the money after the concert. However, we often have fundraisers, raffles, etc which require collecting money in separate funds. This position requires a very trustworthy and diligent person.
